Parking regulations for all lots in the SEEC (SC) Zone are enforced from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Pay station parking is available in Lot 510, the circle on the west side of the SEEC building and the westernmost row in the SEEC north parking lot. The rate is $1.75 per hour for a maximum on 4 hours. In the circle, there are 23 metered parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis, of which 3 are for ADA-accessible parking only. In the north parking lot, there are 27 metered parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis, of which 3 are for ADA-accessible parking only. The parking payment machine for this lot accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), meter debit cards, and coins.

To purchase a Faculty/Staff parking permit, employees should contact their department's parking liaison. The liaison will start the permit application process; Faculty/Staff also have the option to have their parking permit payroll deducted pre-tax.
Student permits are sold on a first come, first served basis. Based on your enrollment status, you may apply for either Student Commuter Permits or Student Permits for Campus Residents.
Temporary permits are available in daily and weekly time increments. You may purchase them at the PTS Customer Service window. Payments accepted are credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), checks and cash.
